An AI agent for Kommo: calls and chats right in your deals
The AXIS agent has a ready integration with Kommo. It answers calls and messages, calls your leads from Kommo campaigns and writes the result to the deal while the conversation is still going. Your rep opens the deal and sees the contact, stage, tags, summary and their next task.
Hi, this is the assistant at Comfort Air. You asked for an HVAC quote on our site. Do you have a couple of minutes?
Yes. It's a 2,400 square foot house, no gas line.
Got it. Our technician will prepare all-electric options. When is a good time for a call?
Tomorrow before noon.

Phone calls in Kommo
The voice agent works on your phone system: Twilio, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, Nextiva, 8x8 or Microsoft Teams Phone, or your own SIP trunk. You keep your number and do not switch providers for Kommo.
The agent answers inbound calls on the first ring and calls campaigns built from a Kommo segment on a schedule. The result of every call lands in the deal during the conversation.
SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat in Kommo
The text agent answers by SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and the chat widget on your website. A chat in any channel ends the same way: a deal with a summary in Kommo and a task for a rep when a person is needed.
How the Kommo integration is set up
The integration is configured during setup, together with the phone system and the script. AXIS does not replace Kommo: the agent writes to your CRM. Bitrix24 is the other ready integration.
- Connecting Kommo, your phone system and messaging channels
- Pipeline stages and tags the agent sets
- A script for your sale: questions, objections, pricing, limits
- A pilot on part of your leads with a call-by-call review
Campaigns to your own contacts
Kommo campaigns go to your inbound leads and customers, and a stop word takes the number out of the campaign. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), calls that use an artificial or prerecorded voice need the prior express consent of the person called. In February 2024 the FCC confirmed that AI-generated voices fall under that rule. This is a summary of the rule, not legal advice.
